Antipasto platter
Parma ham, mortadella, salami, bocconcini, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and more

Bruschette
with mozzarella and tomato or prosciutto both with a basil and garlic dressing

Pinsimmonio
ciabatta bread, carrot, celery and capsicum sticks to dip into extra virgin olive oil and rich balsamic vinegar accompanied by bastoncini tricolore which are cocktail sticks of green olive, bocconcino di mozzarella and cherry tomato. Colours of Italy!

Primi Piatta - first courses

Ravioli con spinaci e ricotta
Homemade ravioli stuffed with spinach, ricotta and parmesan in a dressing of a sage, butter and pine nuts

Risotto ai funghi
Risotto with dried and fresh porcini mushrooms cooked in wine and fresh chicken stock and finished with butter and parmesan

Gnocchi alla Sorrentina
Small homemade potato dumplings with a tomato, mozzarella and parmesan sauce

Conchiglie con salsa di gorgonzola
Shell pasta with a gorgonzola, butter, mascarpone and herb sauce

Spaghetti alla Carbonara
Spaghetti with creamy egg and bacon sauce

Secondi Piatti - second courses

Petti di pollo ripieni di spinaci, mozzarella e aglio con una salsa di funghi
Chicken or quorn fillets stuffed with spinach, mozzarella and garlic with a mushroom sauce

Cotoletta alla Milanese
Breaded pork chops or chicken breast fillets

Pollo alla Siciliana
Chicken or quorn with fennel, cinnamon, chilli and saffron

Aubergine alla parmigiana (V)
Layered aubergine and mozzarella with a rich tomato sauce and topped with parmesan

Bollito di carne
Aromatic meat stew with red wine, cloves and juniper berries

Funghi al forno ripieni di gorgonzola and pecorino (V)
Baked mushrooms stuffed with gorgonzola and pecorino

Ribollito (V)
Tuscan vegetable, cannellini, bean and bread soup (thick, hearty and wholesome this is a meal in itself)
